Prices include :
breakfast , water , electricity , linens for the bedroom and bathroom , daily room cleaning and linen change every three days .
Terms and conditions to stay in B&B:
Reservations will be considered confirmed against sending a deposit equal to 30% of total mailed by the day after the reservation .
The sending of the deposit can be made by bank transfer made out to us , at the time of confirmation will be given the coordinates bank to make payment .
Failure to pay the deposit will result in automatic cancellation of reservation . In case of delay in payment please advise promptly .
In case of cancellation , has come down 10 days before arrival will be refunded 70% of the deposit .
Exceeded the limit 10 days , the deposit will not be returned .
Any damage or theft caused to the structure will be charged to the customer and reported to authorities .
The cash payment will be made on delivery of the room .
